About VisaPilotUSA

An independent data resource for people waiting in the U.S. green-card queue — built so that a decade-long wait does not have to mean a decade of manually decoding government PDFs.

What we publish

Every monthly Visa Bulletin since November 2022, exactly as issued: the Final Action Dates and Dates for Filing charts for all employment-based and family-sponsored preference categories and all chargeability areas. On top of the raw tables we add movement analysis (what changed versus last month), per-category history pages, and a priority-date estimator.

Data source

All cut-off dates come from the U.S. Department of State Visa Bulletin published at travel.state.gov. We re-fetch the official pages and archive them; if our table and the official bulletin ever differ, the official bulletin is right and we want to hear about it.

How the estimator works

For your category and country we measure how the cut-off actually moved between consecutive archived bulletins, then project your gap under three paces (slow quartile, recent median, fast quartile). It is a statistical sketch of the recent past — not a forecast issued by any authority, and not a promise. The Department of State can hold or retrogress any cut-off at any time.
